Mission:

Are you passionate about shaping strategic HR that drives innovation and success? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our fast-moving team in UK - Bristol, supporting our growing operations in UK and across Europe.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with global and local leadership to align people strategies with business goals, and foster a high-performance, people-first culture.

What will be your responsibilities:

  1. Align and execute HR strategies in line with TEKEVER’s global mission and people-first culture.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across France and Europe, providing tailored HR support and guidance.
  3. Own and drive key HR functions across the full employee lifecycle:
  4. Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires and departing employees.
  5. Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processes in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
  6. Learning & Development: Identify learning needs, implement development programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  7. Talent Management & Succession Planning: Support performance management, employee growth, and leadership development.
  8. Actively contribute to global HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  9. Build long-term partnerships with internal stakeholders (managers and employees) and external collaborators (recruitment partners, training providers, universities, etc.).
  10. Strengthen recruitment efforts by supporting the creation and execution of innovative hiring and assessment strategies.
  11. Deliver insightful HR reporting and dashboards to track KPIs and guide decisions.
  12. Champion TEKEVER's values and culture through every interaction and initiative.

Profile and requirements:

  • Education: CIPD Qualification and/or Degree in related field
  • Experience: +5 years of experience in a similar HR role within a multinational organisation or consultancy.
  • Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level. Portuguese is a plus. All applications (CV and cover letter) must be submitted in English.

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in learning and development, talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, change management, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Ability to define and shape strategic frameworks while maintaining a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Solid experience in project management.
  • High proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google).
  • Experience in the Defence Industry is a plus.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel within France and internationally if required.
