You’ll partner with senior leaders across Digital, Marketing and other client groups, providing pragmatic advice across the employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance, talent and succession planning, coaching managers, and building capability.

Job description

We’re working with a globally recognised premium consumer brand to find an experienced People Business Partner to join their UK People team.

This is a broad and commercially focused role, partnering with senior leaders across an exciting and diverse client group including Digital and Marketing.

You’ll become a trusted partner to your stakeholders - building strong relationships, understanding their priorities and providing pragmatic advice across the full employee lifecycle.

There will be a particular focus on employee relations, performance, talent and succession planning, alongside coaching managers and building their capability.

We’re looking for someone with the gravitas and credibility to work with demanding senior stakeholders, strong ER experience and the confidence to challenge constructively and present options.

The business is performing well and continues to evolve, so you’ll need to be agile, comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate at pace.

Successful candidates will bring solid HRBP or People Partnering experience gained within a fast-paced, matrix media, brands or retail organisation. You’ll be comfortable working in high-performance cultures, have strong experience of talent and succession planning, and know how to build credibility and influence with senior stakeholders.
