Summary of the role and key responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the team, understanding key challenges and delivering effective HR solutions.
Provide expert guidance and influence senior stakeholders on critical people-related matters.
Drive a high-performance culture by fostering engagement and delivering performance outcomes.
Lead employee relations efforts, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Partner with senior leaders to enhance engagement, strengthen team cohesion, and cultivate a positive, high-performance culture.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
