This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a real impact, working closely with managers and leaders across the College to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
You’ll provide expert advice across employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, management development, employee engagement and organisational development, while using people data and insight to help shape decisions.
We’re looking for someone with strong UK employment law knowledge, CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience), and substantial HR Advisor/Business Partner experience. Experience in FE or another complex, unionised environment would be an advantage.
