Job summary

Private Investment Firm in London is seeking an HR Associate to join its growing HR team on a hybrid basis (4 days in the office). You will support employees across multiple jurisdictions and help drive HR operations and employee experience.

You'll work closely with HR leadership, take ownership of core processes, and contribute to business-critical projects within a sophisticated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience gained within financial services or another fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong HR operations fundamentals.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace.
• Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Confident working with HR systems, data and reporting.
• Commercial, professional and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and making a visible impact.

Responsibilities

• Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading private investment firm to hire an HR Associate to join its growing HR team.

It's an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing business where you'll play a key role in supporting employees across multiple jurisdictions while helping to drive improvements across HR operations, processes and employee experience.
