Overview:

Established in 2010, Aramco Trading (ATC) is a leading trading company in the Middle East, focusing on refined products, blending components, petrochemicals, and polyolefins. With offices in Dhahran, Singapore, Dubai, Fujairah, Houston, and London, ATC employs about 600 people committed to global energy trading activities.

Aramco Trading Limited (ATL), incorporated in London in 2019, engages in energy trading, including procurement and sale of refined products, crude oil, and chemicals, as well as shipping, storage, and financial derivatives trading. The company is expanding into gas trading, including LPG and LNG.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR support to the London team
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Process monthly payroll and administer employee benefits
  • Support HR activities like performance management, training, and compensation
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and HR analytics
  • Assist with system and process improvements
  • Participate in HR projects as needed

Requirements:
