Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the HR team in an office-based role in the United Kingdom. You will partner with line managers on employee relations, policy implementation, and HR process development.

You will deliver inductions, assist with organisational change, develop HR reports, and contribute to system improvements while maintaining compliance with employment law.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a complex commercial environment.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience with HR systems and producing accurate HR reports.
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable or in progress.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site.
