Job Description:

Elevation HR Division is currently working with a growing manufacturing company in Warrington seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their established HR team on a permanent basis.

This is a generalist role that supports the daily HR functions of this successful business, including managing the employee lifecycle, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Coach managers on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, and absence management
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Support HR projects, including implementing a new HRIS
• Assist managers with recruitment, including writing job descriptions, CV sifting, and interview coordination

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or retail, and a solid understanding of UK employment law.
