A leading logistics company is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their Northampton team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support, managing the employee lifecycle and advising on various HR issues. Ideal candidates will have CIPD qualifications and a strong understanding of HR practices, along with excellent communication skills. Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in Northampton. As a HR Advisor, you will provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers in all aspects of HR while meeting the immediate and long-term needs of the site and to develop and deliver the HR strategy.
This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. Can be flexible on start & finish times

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.00 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, Bootstworks, 24-hour GP service.
