As HR Advisor, you’ll act as the go-to point of contact for managers and employees, providing legally compliant, pragmatic HR guidance across multiple sites. You’ll manage your own HR casework from start to resolution, covering disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters, while supporting organisational change, recruitment, and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term position where they can make a lasting impact, not a short-term stop gap.
