Bleckmann is seeking an HR Advisor to provide cross-site HR support across Corby, Lutterworth and Bury St Edmunds. You will advise managers on employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and manage HR administration and payroll liaison across multiple UK sites.
The role requires strong stakeholder management and communication, with CIPD qualification preferred. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are desirable.

This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. Offering a salary of £32,000.00 - £36,000.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience, the role will support three facilities across Corby, Lutterworth, and Bury St Edmunds, with regular travel between sites required.
Responsible for providing HR support across multiple sites, advising managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and delivering effective HR administration.
