Job summary

Bleckmann in the UK is recruiting an HR Advisor to provide across-site HR support for Corby, Lutterworth and Bury St Edmunds, advising managers on employee relations and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

You will manage HR administration, recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison and broader employee lifecycle activities while building strong relationships with stakeholders and travelling between sites as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong employee relations focus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (logistics experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it desirable.

This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. Offering a salary of £32,000.00 - £36,000.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience, the role will support three facilities across Corby, Lutterworth, and Bury St Edmunds, with regular travel between sites required.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Responsible for providing HR support across multiple sites, advising managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and delivering effective HR administration.

  • Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management

  • Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law

  • Manage HR administration, including recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle activities

  • Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports to support business decision-making

  • Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives

Profile
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong employee relations focus

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships

  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices

  • Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment (logistics experience desirable)

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification is desirable

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required
