About the role

As part of the HR Shared Services Team, the HR Services Coordinator will deliver first-line support and day-to-day activities for the HR Team. The individual will respond to employee inquiries and leadership requests.

What you will be doing:

  1. Provide administrative support to the US HR team.
  2. Maintain accurate electronic personnel files and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  3. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
  4. Assist with onboarding, including preparing contracts, offer letters, background screening, and country-specific processes.
  5. Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation/onboarding activities.
  6. Assist with mandatory training assignments through Enstar’s Learning Management System.
  7. Provide first-line support and escalation for HR systems.
  8. Process employee record changes within HRIS, including new hires, job changes, and departures.
  9. Prepare employee change and termination paperwork.
  10. Answer FAQs regarding HR processes.
  11. Support HR inquiries and requests.
  12. Stay updated on global HR practices.
  13. Assist with HR projects, including data audits and policy development.
  14. Perform other duties as required.
