Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and HR Director for overall Employee Experience, including Learning & Development, Advisory, and Talent Acquisition, Mergers & Acquisitions, and ad-hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include managing the shared HR inbox, being the first point of contact for HR queries, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, drafting contracts and changes, supporting probation and family leave processes, assisting with cyclical reviews, rolling out HR policies, supporting data management in the HR Information System, taking notes in employee relations meetings, supporting various projects, and working with the wider HR team to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications in business administration are advantageous but not essential. Experience working in a professional services environment is preferred. Candidates should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and good organisational skills. Experience with MS Office and Teams is a plus.
