Job summary

Babcock International Group, through its Cavendish Nuclear business, invites applications for the Human Factors Graduate Programme starting in September. You will rotate across teams, undertake live projects across the full lifecycle, and gain experience designing systems with people in mind.

The two-year programme provides structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to work towards Chartered membership in ergonomics.

Qualifications

• Eligible for BPSS and SC clearance.
• Degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Behavioural Sciences, Applied Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Systems Engineering or Sociology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out task analysis and contribute to requirements.
• Work within multi-disciplinary teams on live projects across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and stakeholders to design safer, more effective systems.
