Job summary

Starting salary is £35,000 with location-dependent variations; the programme leads to a permanent role upon completion and supports professional development and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track to achieve a degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Behavioural Sciences, Applied Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Systems Engineering or Sociology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the two-year Human Factors Graduate Programme with rotations across teams and projects.
• Gain experience through live projects from concept to in-service support, decommissioning and incident investigation.

Education

BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc/BA/MA in Human Factors related field
