Job summary

Speedy Freight is seeking a hands-on HubSpot CRM & Demand Generation Manager to own and optimise the CRM across Marketing and Sales. You’ll drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and provide dashboards to inform commercial decisions.

Hybrid role based in Knutsford with occasional UK travel; you’ll collaborate with Marketing, IT and Sales to shape how HubSpot supports growth and customer journeys while delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Experience building workflows, automation, forms, landing pages and reports.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate into commercial insight.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing development and optimisation of HubSpot.
• Create dashboards and reporting for commercial insight.
• Build lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys.
• Improve lead generation and sales pipeline performance.
• Maintain data quality, governance and segmentation.
• Train users and drive HubSpot adoption.
• Support system integrations and future enhancements.
