Do Talk Write, operated by Nottinghamshire County Council, is seeking a Hub Support Assistant/Cover Supervisor to ensure a safe, calm and structured learning environment for students aged 11–16. You will support routines and behaviour, supervise learning when tutors are absent, and travel between two hubs and community sessions to maintain engagement.

The role emphasizes approachability, reliability and the ability to build positive relationships while keeping clear boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support across the provision, keeping a safe, calm, structured and positive environment for students aged 11–16.
• Support students with routines, behaviour and engagement throughout the day.
• Supervise planned learning sessions when a tutor is unavailable, keeping students safe and engaged with the work.
• Work as part of the Hub teams.
• Travel between the two hubs and community-based sessions as required.
• Build positive relationships with young people while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.
