We are looking for a Operations Manager PM Shiftto support the HubManager in taking full responsibility of the operational elements of the site and all the functions/processes that fall under this. Ensuring the delivery of a safe, legally compliant and cost-efficient environment performing to all Service Level Agreements. You will follow all recognised hub systems and processes, manage and lead staff, maintain and develop external customer relationships and deliver a professional service to our clients.

To support our operation and manage your site fully, We are looking for a Operations Managerwho is flexibleand potentially work weekends as needed. But more importantly you must be able to make operational and strategic decisions at pace and have the self-belief to commit to a plan of action.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the appropriate level of resource is assigned to each function to cover all shifts across the working week.
• Responsible for overall shift performance, compliance, client service levels, health and safety, employee engagement.
• Must have strong analytical skills, be data driven and use data to influence, challenge and drive performance and compliance.
• Accountable for shift costs and able to demonstrate strong cost leadership.
• Promoting and driving consistency to ensure the delivery of excellent operational standards.

To Be Successful You Will Require:

• Microsoft office competent
• Full current driving licence
• Extensive knowledge and experience of operational processes and practices
• Experienced and proven knowledge of managing a PL budget
• Experience of leading a high performing team
