Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Backshift Shift Supervisor in the United Kingdom to lead a depot team, drive performance and ensure customer care. The role reports to the Deputy Manager and involves coaching, briefing, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Working hours are 40 per week with a backshift pattern; a 16.57 GBP hourly rate plus premiums applies for eligible evening and night hours. A strong focus on team leadership and process improvement is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive team performance to meet Station/Hub targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high levels of internal and external customer care.
• Ensure operational efficiencies and resource optimisation.
• Produce depot reports as required.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards for the team.
• Coach and develop the team for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to FedEx policies and procedures.
