Job summary

Egis UK is seeking a Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor to support the Connect Plus Services (CPS) team on the M25 project. You will help develop, implement and monitor HSW processes, engaging with internal managers and external supply chain partners across both office and construction environments.

The role focuses on mentoring HSW advisors, auditing compliance with safety standards, and delivering timely reports to support continuous improvement on safety performance.

Qualifications

• Membership of a relevant professional body (IOSH)
• Professional qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent)
• A current CSCS Card
• Clean, full driving license
• Able to maintain regular night-time and weekend presence
• Proficient with MS Office and digital platforms to review data and prepare reports

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management, guidance, support and mentoring to HSW advisors.
• Be a visible champion for HSW on the project.
• Oversee local implementation of HSW standards and report improvement opportunities.
• Monitor communications to keep HSW on the delivery agenda.
• Support HSW training needs and inspections across site and depot teams.
• Prepare timely reports with performance data on inspections and actions.
• Represent HSW strategy during meetings and calls.
• Review activities against safety procedures and advise on corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations and track actions to closure.
