Job summary

Connect Plus Services seeks an Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Coordinator for the Highways Connect Plus Services team. The role will own the collation, maintenance and reporting of HSW data, and provide timely administrative support to the HSW team on the project.

We have site offices around the M25 network, and the position can be based at Dartford, Leatherhead, or South Mimms. The role requires handling administrative tasks, supporting bid questions on HSW, and coordinating monthly HSW

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to travel across project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ad hoc business and administrative support to the HSW team.
• Assist with responses to bid questions on HSW and content collation for work-winning.
• Create and update Office 365 HSW Function and Zero Harm pages.
• Manage functional email inboxes and distribution lists.
• Lead the staff suggestion scheme (MyC) administration for the HSW function.
• Support delivery of the UK Zero Harm Strategy and action plans.
• Coordinate weekly Best Practice and Incident Report administration.
• Provide administrative support for the TEPMP HSW Director and coordination for the HSW team.
• Compile and coordinate HSW reports on a monthly basis.
• Arrange travel for wider HSW function.
• Coordinate production of HSW digital reenactments to share lessons learned.
• Support coordination of UK Supervisor Forums.
• Update HSW documentation in line with Business Management System changes.
