Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HSSE Manager for Project Services. The role focuses on embedding a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous HSSE improvement across project delivery. The position is on-site across sites in the North of the UK, including Leeds.

The successful candidate will lead HSSE strategy, manage risk, and collaborate with EMEA HSSE and client stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (Level 6) or equivalent.
• NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
• At least 5 years in a Manager HSSE role within construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and Building Safety Act 2022.
• Experience leading HSSE across complex projects and teams.
• Ability to travel across UK&I portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed HSSE strategy across Project Services.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation including CDM and Building Safety Act 2022.
• Oversee RAMS process and risk controls.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Report HSSE performance with data-driven insights to leadership.
