Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Account HSSE Lead to implement and manage HSSE for a major WORK DYNAMICS account. The role requires leading regional HSSE teams, guiding risk management, and delivering world-class safety performance across the account.

You will report to the WORK DYNAMICS Global HSSE Lead and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSSE programs across multi-site, multi-country environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE regulatory landscape in major markets.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HSSE strategies and training.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Global WORK DYNAMICS HSSE objectives.
• Lead HSSE teams and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance on risk management and incident investigations.
• Develop client relationships and deliver high-quality HSSE service.
• Coordinate reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Drive best-practice HSSE training and program improvements.
