Job summary

Bank is seeking a proactive HSSE Coordinator to manage health, safety, security and environmental activities. You will lead workplace risk assessments, inductions, DSE assessments and incident investigations, while coordinating emergency drills and environmental initiatives across sites.

Reporting to Facilities Operations Manager, the role focuses on maintaining a safe, compliant workplace and coordinating with landlords, service providers and contractors to uphold security and safety standards.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate and equivalent health & safety education.
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigations and reporting.
• Ability to write clear safety policies, procedures and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health & Safety activities across the Bank's operations.
• Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and internal standards.
• Lead risk assessments, inductions and workstation assessments.
• Review policies, provide safety guidance and training.
• Coordinate incident management and emergency procedures.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain security coordination with external partners.
