Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading structural steel fabrication and construction specialist to recruit an HSQE Manager.

The role offers £60,000 - £80,000, training, career development and a company vehicle, with 60% office-based and 40% site travel across Scotland. You will own the Integrated Management System, drive audits, and implement improvements within a growing engineering environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification with proven HSQE management experience.
• Experience implementing processes and standards in engineering/manufacturing/construction.
• Experience planning and delivering ISO audits (9001+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the IMS focusing on quality and compliance.
• Plan and manage internal, external, and customer audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage non-conformances.
