HSQE Advisor — Renewable Energy Operations

Job summary

This role provides practical HSQE support to RES' UK & Ireland Services, partnering with Asset Management and O&M teams to ensure safe, compliant operations across sites.

Essential NEBOSH certification and knowledge of UK & Ireland HSQE legislation are required, with audits, inspections and contractor management experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Essential NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of UK & Ireland HSQE legislation.
• Awareness of ISO 45001/14001/9001 and CDM guidelines.
• Experience with audits, inspections or incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities at operational sites.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments, lifting plans and procedures.
• Support contractor management and supplier pre-qualification.
• Assist incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Analyze trends to support continuous HSQE improvement.
• Support HSQE campaigns, toolbox talks and risk controls.
