Job summary

RES is the world’s largest independent renewable energy company and delivers a broad portfolio of assets across the UK and Ireland. This role provides practical HSQE support to Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance, collaborating with site teams and contractors to maintain safe, compliant ways of working.

The successful candidate will conduct site inspections, contribute to RAMS and risk assessments, and help implement safety, quality and environmental management systems while driving

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificate and knowledge of UK & Ireland HSQE legislation.
• Understanding of ISO standards and CDM requirements.
• Experience with audits, inspections or incident investigations.
• Ability to apply safety and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities across sites and contractor activities.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments, point of work risk assessments, lifting plans, permit arrangements and operational procedures.
• Provide HSQE input into contractor management, competence assessment and supplier pre-qualification.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyse trends from incidents, audits, inspections and observations to support continuous improvement.
