Harbour Energy seeks a senior HSEQ professional to define, manage and implement the Health, Safety, Environment strategy for the Block 30 development phase. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Harbour Energy standards, promoting a strong safety culture across the project lifecycle.

The role involves leading HSEQ programs, audits, emergency preparedness and ongoing training, with emphasis on risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration within the project management

Competenze

• Ten or more years of experience in HSEQ positions in major development projects.
• Offshore postings in E&P or O&G production facilities required.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards and risk management.

Mansioni

• Define, manage and implement the Health, Safety, Environment strategy for project development.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and legislation; promote HSEQ culture.
• Lead HSEQ audits and manage the audit program for critical processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies; manage MOC for risk mitigation.
• Develop and control the HSEQ yearly budget; train project team as needed.
