Job summary

Network Plus seeks a Head of HSEQ Performance and Compliance to lead strategic reporting, governance and assurance across the organisation. You will drive data-informed decision making, quality improvements, and safety, environmental, and regulatory performance.

You will lead specialist teams, partner with senior leaders, and shape risk management, data governance and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires advanced BI skills and robust stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSEQ performance management, compliance, governance and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ management systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ performance and compliance function, ensuring quality reporting and assurance.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks for KPIs and legal standards.
• Oversee health surveillance programmes and subcontractor assurance activities.
• Champion data governance and analytics across HSEQ systems and platforms.
