Job summary

Network Plus seeks a Head of HSEQ Performance and Compliance to lead a strategic function responsible for HSEQ performance management, regulatory compliance, assurance and governance across our operations. You will build dashboards, analyse complex data, drive improvements, and collaborate with leaders to embed safe, environmentally responsible practices and strong risk management.

The role reports to the HSEQ Director and requires extensive leadership, with a track record in BI tools,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HSEQ performance management, compliance, governance, and data analytics within a complex operational environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced experience using Business Intelligence and data visualisation tools, including Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets, identify trends, forecast risks, and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HSEQ Performance and Compliance function, ensuring delivery of reporting, assurance, and compliance activities.
• Provide strategic leadership on HSEQ performance, supporting corporate objectives and priorities.
• Develop a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across HSEQ performance and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on compliance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce high-quality reports and executive briefings translating complex information into strategic insights.
