Job summary

Walker & Sloan is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to own health, safety, environmental and quality standards across live West London projects up to £75m. You will lead on-site and through the supply chain to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

You will audit, investigate incidents, review RAMS, and drive a collaborative safety culture with clients and subcontractors, while delivering projects safely, on time and to high quality.

Qualifications

• HSEQ management experience in construction or similar
• NEBOSH Diploma or Diploma/Certificate required
• Knowledge of UK health and safety law and CDM Regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSEQ policies and CDM compliance across projects
• Carry out safety, health and environmental audits and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Monitor environmental mitigation and quality control processes
• Engage and train site teams and subcontractors to embed a safety culture
