Job summary

Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to own health, safety, environmental and quality standards across major construction projects in West London. You will audit, inspect and review RAMS, coach site teams and liaise with clients to uphold zero-harm goals while keeping programmes on track.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate and IOSH membership, plus strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, CDM Regulations and ISO management systems.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate and IOSH membership.
• Experience leading on-site HSEQ for major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and ISO management systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit, health and safety inspections and risk assessments on sites.
• Lead investigation of accidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences.
• Review RAMS to ensure practicality and compliance on site.
• Monitor quality control and environmental mitigation processes.
• Deliver safety engagement, training and mentoring for site teams and subcontractors.
