Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Leader to drive the highest safety standards across renewable energy projects in the UK. You will lead safety across the project lifecycle and act as the main advisor to internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, more than five years in renewables, and proven leadership to build and manage a high-performance safety team. UK-wide travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in renewable energy.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and manage a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to UK project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety across project lifecycle to ensure safe delivery and compliance.
• Act as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
