Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to join our major site in Yeovil, Somerset, supporting a defence sector client with critical manufacturing and assembly of airborne weapon systems.

You will develop and proactively manage an account-specific HSEQ plan, coach operations teams to strengthen HSEQ focus, ensure adherence to the ISS UK Integrated Management System, and lead incidents investigations and audits.

Qualifications

• Clear HSEQ experience with a focus on Engineering
• Ability to pass a security check

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an account-specific HSEQ plan
• Coach and mentor account teams to strengthen HSEQ
• Ensure adherence to ISS UK Integrated Management System
• Embed HSEQ programmes such as SafeChoice and Near Hits
• Lead internal audits and incident investigations
