Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a HSEQ Manager for a well-established engineering contractor delivering maintenance, installation and commissioning services across the UK. You will own the Integrated Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 while driving continual improvement.

You will conduct internal audits, manage RAMS, site inspections and liaise with clients and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience with site-based health & safety in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems (9001/14001/45001).
• Experience producing RAMS and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the IMS.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Produce and review RAMS and carry out site safety inspections.
• Coordinate training requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This company are a specialist engineering contractor delivering critical maintenance, installation and commissioning services across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise, safety and quality, the company is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of an HSEQ Manager.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the company's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. You'll oversee internal audits, manage health and safety documentation including RAMS, conduct site inspections, liaise with clients and engineers, coordinate staff training, and drive continual improvement across all aspects of quality, safety and environmental performance.

This role would therefore suit a HSEQ professional with on-site experience looking for training and progression within a growing engineering company.

The Role:
