Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a HSEQ Manager to lead the Integrated Management System and ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance. The role involves audits, RAMS, site inspections, training coordination and driving continuous improvement across safety, quality and environmental performance.

Based in the UK with on-site duties and travel as required. The position targets a HSEQ professional with on-site experience and a desire for training and progression within a growing engineering

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Ability to conduct internal audits and maintain IMS documentation.
• Producing RAMS and performing site safety inspections.
• Liaising with clients and engineers and coordinating staff training.

An excellent opportunity for a HSEQ professional to join a well-established engineering business, supporting Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance while driving continuous improvement across a diverse range of projects.

Do you have experience in site-based health & safety within a technical environment? Would you like to work for a specialist company that can offer extensive training and progression opportunities?

This company are a specialist engineering contractor delivering critical maintenance, installation and commissioning services across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise, safety and quality, the company is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of an HSEQ Manager.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the company's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. You'll oversee internal audits, manage health and safety documentation including RAMS, conduct site inspections, liaise with clients and engineers, coordinate staff training, and drive continual improvement across all aspects of quality, safety and environmental performance.

This role would therefore suit a HSEQ professional with on-site experience looking for training and progression within a growing engineering company.

The Role:

£35,000 - £39,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

The Person:

• Commutable to Tonbridge and happy to travel as required
