Job summary

Circet UK is seeking an experienced HSEQT Advisor to join the East Kilbride team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the HSEQT management system and ensuring compliance with statutory duties across projects.

You will support site teams, promote HSEQT awareness, and drive continual improvement in performance and culture within Circet as the workforce expands. The role requires NEBOSH, a degree, and civil/telecom experience.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages.
• CSCS Card.
• A passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop the HSEQT Management system aligned with ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory HSEQT duties.
• Report to management on performance and improvement needs.
• Promote customer requirements throughout the organisation.
• Support HSEQT strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager on obligations and controls.
• Oversee HSEQT performance across the region with senior management.
• Write risk assessments and method statements; conduct site audits.
