Job summary

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking a HSEQ Advisor for our Dungannon team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the HSEQT management system, ensuring compliance across sites, and providing oversight with the HSEQT Manager.

The candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent), a degree, and extensive civil engineering/telecommunications experience, along with strong communication and MS Office skills. CSCS card is preferred.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Degree qualification or equivalent.
• Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages.
• CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Development of the HSEQT Management system, in line with OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001,ISO 14001
• Reporting to management on the performance of the management systems and any need for improvement
• To provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager by means of appropriate monitoring and intervention
• Oversee, monitor and evaluate the operation of HSEQT performance, working with senior management
• To ensure that all worksites are fully compliant with legal HSEQT obligations
• Completion of Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans etc
• Approval, monitoring and reviewing of all sub-contractor works
• Ensuring records of incidents are maintained and investigated
