Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a qualified HSEQT Advisor to join our Slough team. You will develop and maintain the HSEQT management system, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and OHSAS references, and support site teams to reduce risks.

The role requires NEBOSH cert, degree, and extensive civil/telecom experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; CSCS card is preferred. We offer competitive pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages
• CSCS Card
• A passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

Responsibilities

• Development of the HSEQT Management system in line with ISO standards
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQT statutory duties
• Reporting to management on performance and improvements
• Promoting awareness of customer requirements across the organisation
• Support delivery of the HSEQT strategy and continuous improvement
• Provide assurance to HSEQT Manager through monitoring and intervention
• Oversee HSEQT performance across the region with senior management
• Offer competent advice on HSEQT matters to staff
• Ensure worksites comply with legal HSEQT obligations
• Develop and implement HSEQT initiatives
• Set targets, objectives and KPI's with HSEQT Manager
• Prepare Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents
• Monitor subcontractor works and conduct audits
• Write risk assessments and method statements
• Site audits & inspections including external audits for 18001, 14001 & 9001
• Assist with Occupational Health issues
• Deliver internal training including inductions and toolbox talks
• Maintain incident records and root-cause investigations
• Monitor working hours to meet legislation
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice initiatives in operations
