Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support HSEQ operations for the Welsh Water contract and other divisions. The role provides administrative, reporting and coordination support to the HSEQ Manager, Advisors and Director.

Strong IT skills and data handling are essential, with preference for experience in Utilities, Construction or Civils. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring safety compliance, producing data‑driven insights and facilitating communication across

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage, analyse and present data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Reporting: provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the HSEQ team, compile reports and create presentations showing trends and indicators.
• Systems & Data Management: maintain information on internal systems (E20, SharePoint) with accurate, up‑to‑date data.
• Operational Support: assist with depot inspections, compliance checks, ordering equipment, and coordinating HSEQ processes.
