HSQE Advisor | Rail/ Civil Engineering

About the Role

Our client are seeking an experiencedHSQE Advisorto join a major rail/civil engineering project based in North London. This is a site-based role on a high-profile project, offering long-term stabilityandthe opportunity to work with a dedicatedanddynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert adviceandsupport on allHealth,Safety, Quality,andEnvironmental matters on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspectionsandaudits to ensure compliance with industry standardsandcompany policies.
• Develop, implement,andmaintain HSQE proceduresanddocumentation.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions,andtraining sessions to ensure asafety-first culture.
• Investigateandreport on any incidents or near-misses, identifying corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors,andother stakeholders to promote a positive HSQE culture.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar HSQE role, ideally within rail or civil engineering projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HSQE legislation, regulations,andbest practices.
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Excellent communicationandorganizational skills.
• Ability to work independentlyandas part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
