Job summary

NetworkPlus is recruiting for an HSEQ Advisor to support the safe delivery of fencing and infrastructure works for the HS2 programme. You will work with Operations Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers and installation teams to provide practical Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality support across activities.

This dual-role role combines HSEQ compliance with quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and right first time in line with client specifications and HS2

Job description

As an HSEQ Advisor, you will support the safe and successful delivery of fencing and associated infrastructure works across the HS2 programme. Working closely with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and installation teams, you will provide practical Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality support across all operational activities.

This is a dual-role position with responsibility for both HSEQ compliance and quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, right first time and in accordance with client specifications and HS2 requirements.

You will be a visible presence on site, helping to educate, coach and develop teams whilst promoting a positive safety and quality culture. We are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships with operational teams, maintaining high standards while taking a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to construction activities.

Rather than simply identifying issues, you will work collaboratively with crews and management teams to find safe, workable solutions that support successful project delivery.
