Job summary

Once For All Limited is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Technical Assessment Team, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant assessments while delivering outstanding customer service. You will coach and develop staff, recruit new starters and maintain high standards of quality and SSIP compliance.

The role emphasises leadership, performance management and cross-functional collaboration with certification bodies and internal teams, within a fast-growing cloud-based SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-facing or technical team with recruitment and performance management.
• Demonstrable Health & Safety leadership and 3–5 years in a related role.
• SSIP-recognised Health & Safety qualification required, including NEBOSH options.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to interpret complex documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the Technical Assessment Team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure consistent, compliant assessments and high-quality customer service.
• Coach staff through regular 1:1s, training needs and performance management.
• Coordinate with certification bodies, scheme owners and internal teams.
• Recruit, induct and train new starters to meet role requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive process improvements across the team.
• Escalate and resolve customer and supplier issues as first point of contact.
