The successful candidate will be responsible for health, safety, environment, and quality compliance, driving initiatives to improve organizational performance. Ideal candidates must have a NEBOSH diploma, extensive HSE experience, and strong leadership abilities. Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in an HSE or HSE&Q Manager role.
• Experience managing ISO certification or similar management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage the development of the Quality Management System.

Skills

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation

Experience in risk assessment

Education

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification
