• Proven experience managing Health & Safety on operational or industrial sites, ideally within energy, waste, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

• Develop, implement and maintain company-wide Health & Safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Lead and support incident and near-miss investigations.
