Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support HVDC and substation construction projects in Minster, Kent. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance and effective environmental, health and safety management systems.

You will conduct risk assessments, site audits and incident investigations, maintain EHS programs, ensure compliance with legislation, monitor site activities and contribute to emergency planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in an EHS role.
• HVDC, substation construction or energy sector experience.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, safety management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Role Overview
