Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading precision engineering company to appoint a Health & Safety Manager for their Cambridge operation. You will shape and drive the safety strategy across three divisions, ensuring best-practice H&S across manufacturing activities.

You will develop, implement and maintain the H&S management system, lead environmental improvement initiatives and provide expert guidance on compliance with current legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety management within manufacturing settings.
• Ability to lead H&S initiatives and provide expert advice across divisions.
• Willingness to commute to Ely workshop or site as required.
