Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Group HSEQ Manager for a manufacturing group in the UK. The role leads Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across four sites, owning the HSEQ system and ISO certifications, and coordinating audits with regulators.

You will manage QA Technicians across Ware, Coleford and Cleckheaton, drive practical improvements in manufacturing and projects, and maintain accreditations to support sales and contracting teams.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate required.
• NEBOSH Diploma beneficial.
• Experience in Quality and HSEQ management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ across four UK sites.
• Own HSEQ management system and certifications (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Manage internal/external audits with regulators.Lead QA Technicians at Ware, Coleford and Cleckheaton.
• Drive improvements across manufacturing and projects.
• Maintain accreditations such as CHAS and Constructionline.
