HSE Recruitment is working with a global manufacturing business to appoint a HSE Manager for their Aston site in Birmingham. The role demands hands-on leadership on a high-risk site with a drive for zero harm, environmental management, and CAPEX projects.

You will mentor a junior advisor, lead from the front, and collaborate with a European HSE Manager and the US parent company, reporting to the Plant Director in a matrix structure.

Formación

• Experience leading HSE on a manufacturing site.
• Proven ability to develop, nurture and train an advisor.
• Track record of driving culture change and zero harm initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HSE across a high-risk manufacturing site.
• Report day-to-day to Plant Director and collaborate with European HSE Manager and US parent.
• Drive environmental compliance, emergency management, CAPEX projects and fire risk strategies.
